Excellent place! They removed a truck that was stripped and sitting on jackstands in my driveway. The driver was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He was actually early and he worked very safely. I highly recommend Chet's.

eBay search specific to my vehicle returned an item but I could not verify from the description or contact with the business that it indeed fit my car (docked 1 star). I took an industrial lead battery , the casing is steel and the top is plastic , the owner told me to get educated and attempted to pay .12 a pound . Earlier in the day I was quoted .30 a pound . The owner was so kind to tell me I could take my 2000lbs battery back , he wasn’t expecting that I would . I took it to Kane scrap in Chicopee where they didn’t bat an eye at the plastic on the top that weighs 6 lbs or think about the steel casing …. They paid .24 lbs . Be aware , this guy will take advantage .

Purchase a part for $45 and since it was an electronic part they would not return it and they rather lost a customer for $45. They did not even offer store credit. I guess customer don't matter to them .

This was a beautiful and tragic experience simply because Bruce and everyone at R & R were Respectful, Kind, Considerate, and Honest with myself and my partner whom was overseas and I was attempting to secure a Bus to convert together for Road trips when they returned, the tragedy is that I was the one whom was untruthful to my friend and when they returned I gathered the strength to be truthful and this caused us to separate and subsequently I was forced to return the Bus. I took the bus to a mechanic in Medford whom serived the oil, transmission and thermostat and it was driving better than when I drove off with it originally and the transmission was much smoother and didn't slip. It cost me 371 dollars and now you are able to receive this as a blessing from my pain, loss and lesson. Be Truthful and be happy.
