    Ignorant and uncordial staff. The bilingual guy(Will) probably had a bad day and tried to throw his stress out to the store customer. It was my first go to place, and now it will be my last. Thankfully I didn't go there the first time in the morning, or I would have a very bad rest of my day.

    Went here with well over 500 lbs of communications cable. About 99 percent cat6 with a small amount of coax mixed in. By small I mean maybe 25 lbs of coax at most. One of the workers watched me unload my truck and fill 2 bins (he could clearly see the small amount of coax mixed in).The scale guy brought one bin up to the scale and proceeded to tell me that since there's a little coax mixed in he could only give me $140 for the 300-400 lb bin. He said if I took the coax out he would give me $250 for the bin. Which is still less than alf of what Everett pays. I believe he assumed I needed the money and let me go through the effort of unloading the whole truck under the assumption that I would take whatever they offer. I proceeded to take my scrap back and will be going to Everett tomorrow. I've been in the cabling business for 15 years and have never had an issue with a scrap company.Take my advice and make the trip to Everett. Max Levine are crooks and should be out of business.
