This is not very good customer service and they are going to lose alot of customers because of this including me.

Not recommended, no one picks up the phone and you are always sent to a different office than the one you're trying to call, tried the website as well and is difficult to navigate as in trying to find the part you need, not all the parts are on the website and the search bar won't let you search for a part, was a lot better when it was just Keystone

I would give 0 stars if possible. I stopped buying stuff from Gladstone because the manger Julie doesn't know anything about parts or customer service. I had to return multiple wrong parts and she always blame me for getting the wrong parts. Now she ruining this store for me. I guess I am going to start buying parts from NAPA. I don't understand how such a rude, arrogant, unintelligent person can still be a manager.

Bought a power steering pump from them in November through Scotty Muffler had to replace it again yesterday and was told they wouldn't cover the labor to change it out so my mechanic being the guy he is only charged me a small amount to change it again this is not cool it is one heck of a job to change one it was in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited I just can't believe that they won't back the product fully like I want to pay for this every 8 months.
I bring all my scrap metal here! Even get lots of tires, rims and auto parts here! This is a gold mine if you happen to own an older Ford F-150 or Chevrolet pickup or Jeep! Just bring a bag of tools and get what you need for a great price! Need used auto parts? Check here! Have scrap metal? Go here! Just follow the rules and they will gladly let you help yourself to the yard!
Telephone customer service was not pleasant at all. Hope they fix it before they sell to the public.
The lady at the front desk needs a class on customer service. I called and have never heard someone care less about there job. Won't even accept the call back. I'll go elsewhere.
