We purchased 2005 Toyota Tundra Engine from Jason on 5/13/21, we clearly mentioned on purchase order saying we need pictures before shipping but they didn't sendpictures and shipped out, the warranty we got was 90 days.After the customer received the motor he called us back saying motor is completely rusty like it was a junk motor sitting from long time,before purchasing Jason told its been tested runs good. We called Jason saying the motor is no good its rusty and also the customers mechanic was not ready to install the motor.We asked Jason to replace the motor or take the motor back and refund the money. He refused to believe us he talked in a rude way, he was not ready to take the motor back nor ready to replace nor reimbursed the amount to fix it.he said install the motor just because of rusty you cannot tell the engine is bad, where as the motor was completely rusty,Timing chain had to be swapped, it was no good. Timing chain cover. Starter was bad, valve cover gaskets were leaking,intake manifold was not good and exhaust manifolds were no good. All this parts where swapped from the customers old motor to fix the motor. It all costed $1200.00 to fix it excluding labor cost.First he refused to replace the motor and after we fixed it by replacing the parts, Jason is now not ready to reimbursed the amount as well. Where as he refused to pay even a single dollar.We tried working with Jason in all the possible way but he is not ready to work.
