Luckily it was under their warranty. They brought the car (Mercedes) to a non professional repair shop and went my vehicle was returned the audio was completely out. By the time I bought my car and could actually drive it was about a month and a half. Their service receptionist was very rude but the rest of the employees did not give me a hard time. I will never buy a car from this company again.

The Hondas are near the rear of the yard. I used a wheelbarrow to carry my tools. It is a long walk, but I took some breaks. I collected a few parts in my wheelbarrow and headed towards the office. I stopped at the pit stop shack they have in the middle. I was going to use the Porto-John, but was disgusted by what I saw. There were several pairs of soiled underwear laying around the area. It was really disappointing. I hope that someone there can take initiative to clean up the rest stop, and keep it clean. It's kind of necessary for some of us. Do better, Lucky!

What a waste of my time. This place is a mess, there is seriously junk everywhere, and the whole lot is a muddy, oily puddle. You can barely fit a car through to load your parts, which I had to do as well. I've been to a lot of salvage yards, and this is absolutely the worst, with no organization, and down right filth everywhere. The parts I got were in horrible condition as well, the complete rocker on my side cut was completely dented front to back, both doors I got were previously painted and whoever did it got paint all over the trims, bolts, and seals, not to mention the orange peel and dirt. They destroyed all the inside trim pieces I requested, while they were dismantling the car. My mistake was I already paid for all these parts since I was making a 2 hour trip each way to get them, and wanted them ready to go for me. I don't like wasting time. I will absolutely never get parts from here again and would avoid this "junkyard" at all costs.

Owner called me back within a few minutes, asked me for a photo, and then when I sent it called me immediately and said he had it! Super nice fella, absolutely blew me out of the water that he had it, and the price was great! Really great end to trying to get this thing up and running, just did new lines and calipers thinking they had rusted, just to find out it was the proportioning valve that had failed, but now I can keep trying to make it nice again!

A few years back, I would have given more stars but as some other reviewers have said, you feel like you're unwanted the whole time you're there (as a buyer). Much of the pricing is decided arbitrarily by the person at the front and can be all over the place. While they've started pricing some things more like an arch restoration or antique store, you can still find some replacement parts and fixtures at a reasonable price.
