Great experience and very nice guy.His truck couldn't fit in our weird parking area so he went and got a smaller truck so it would fit. He never complained or got mad about the awkward parking job or having to drive around the block a few times to try to make it work with the big truck. Plus he was here 1st thing in the morning at 7:55am. Thank you!! It took awhile to get ahold of them to book an appointment(I'm sure they're very busy with everyone doing home improvements/ eviction clean ups), but when they did call back they got a dumpster out within a week! I will refer to clients and friends when they need a dumpster, especially since it's a long established Muskegon company! Thanks again
I have purchased items from Ken’s about six times over the years, from transfer cases to full sets of tires, and all of those were great! But today isn’t about that, today is about the cleanliness of their yard…it’s immaculate! Sign says Green Yard, but the precautions and steps taken to prevent pollution is awesome! Grateful for all their work!

Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Every interaction with Sprague's this far has been awesome. Seeing what new parts are going for, whenever a good used one will suffice I recommend you go here first. I got 4 like new brand name tires for 1/3 of what a cheap new tire sells for. Got a jump at work and started heading home just for my truck to die 5 miles down the highway. Kurt showed up right away and took care of everything. We were 15 miles away parking at my house barely 25 minutes later. Then he stayed after my truck was parked to test the battery and I'm glad he did. I now won't waste my money on a new battery or diagnostic. I'll just go a head and get the new alternator that it needs. Not only picked me up when I was stranded, but made sure I wouldn't end up in the same situation again; that's far better customer service than I had ever expected. Saved me so much time and money. Will definitely be calling them again when I'm stuck.
Online scammers. Advertising cars for sale they don't have. They pirate from other online sources and make you believe they have the car. They will ask for up front money then they will ship the car. It is all a scam, they are pretty good at deceiving, but do not send them a penny....
