“I've had a very difficult experience with Michigan Auto Recyclers. I ordered parts for my vehicle to be shipped from Michigan to east coast, and the shipping has been extremely delayed due to mistakes and miscommunications at this business. It was very difficult for me to receive a tracking number after my purchase. Employee's informed me they would call me back with updates, but I had to reach out half a dozen times to receive any information whatsoever. I was often told 'the computer was frozen', amongst other excuses, including an employee not knowing how to properly send an email of my receipt, and me having to guide him through the process. I did not receive any shipping information for over two weeks after I placed the order and payed nearly $1000. Then, after my item was finally delivered to the drop off point, Michigan Auto Recyclers had made a mistake on the paperwork and the drop off location was unable to properly process the package, delaying the whole experience by nearly a week. Dealing with this business was a huge ordeal and I can not say I’d recommended them. From a customer perspective I would hope Michigan Auto Recyclers would be willing to make things right with a partial shipping refund for the many errors and delays from their end”
