Scott was absolutely wonderful in helping us after our car broke down on the side of the road. He worked well with my insurance even though the representative barely spoke English. Once we got everything straightened out he was prompt and very professional in getting our car moved. He is awesome at keeping in touch and he took great care of our car while he was towing it to the shop. He even did some quick service on the side of the road to my tires to make sure that none of the rest of them would fall off. Absolutely fantastic customer service and great at the services he provided for us. If we’re ever in the area again we will absolutely be calling Scott first! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Park Rapids Auto did my transmission, they took a little longer than they planned, and they must have had a lot of work to get to because they didn't do all of the work that was quoted, but they did a good job and said to come back and they'd follow thru with the work. My van is still running great!

I have been going to dicks auto for years they have always had what im looking for most of the time they pull the parts but they have let me go pull the parts I've needed a couple of times. And if they have to pull it they will call you when its ready for pick up and the prices are fair. Thankyou.
