My buddy's truck got towed here. As far as today's tow yards go, this one is top notch! There has been an issue with the title for his truck, and he can't get it transferred. The tow yard attendant is doing what I would want done if my truck had been impounded, albeit wrongfully, and will not release it to him. Despite having pounds of paper proving it's indeed his truck, they are abiding by the letter of the law and not releasing it to him until he gets the proper paperwork. Your vehicle is safe here!!!

I bought a radiator and coolant reservoir for my car for a steal, brought it home started putting it together a couple days later and noticed that one part on the radiator was broken, unfortunate? Yes, but it happens. Sadly they where closed Saturday so I had to buy one at a different location. I brought back the radiator I bought here, showed the lady at the front counter what the problem was and got my money back. We have had WM services for almost a year and a half. During that time, we have had several instances of missed pickups, delayed pickups, our account noted that a pick up had occurred when it in fact did not, and also a change in our pick up day with no notice. All of these instances have caused overage charges which I then had to contact WM to have refunded. Over the past month, I have tried to contact the retention department to determine our contract status only to be kept on hold for an extended period and then have the call terminated. I finally did reach someone and requested cancelation only to be told that they would get back to me in three weeks time and let me know if WM will cancel my service without a cancelation fee. I also requested a copy of our contract which the agent was able to pull up and review while I was on the phone, but which I have not yet received. I have now sent a certified letter requesting cancelation. We'll see how that goes.
