I cannot say enough good things about Jack & Don's! I was in a really tough spot with some big engine repairs that needed to be done, and everyone there was so kind and patient with me. Even though they normally don't do repairs that intensive, they made an exception for me and truly saved me. They were great at communicating about the progress of the repairs and worked to keep the price at a level that I could afford. I brought my car in for an estimate of what it would cost to fix a no heat issue. They come back at me saying that it needs an oil change before they could provide a repair estimate. Whatever, I know an oil change was overdue. So they do it. Then I called for 2 weeks every other day to ask if they have the problem figured out. Every time I hear the same....we haven't got it in the shop yet. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this shop & my car was taken elsewhere. Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating!!

They had parts in color that I wanted, took almost 3 weeks and numerous calls to finally get some eyes on the parts and verify the condition before I drove 3 hours to go pick them up. Once I got there they were great to work with. Simply not enough staff on hand.

I came here with my elderly father who is hard of hearing, he hasn't been to this place in over 15 years. He pulled on the scale and the lady named Laura was VERY rude to him. She yelled something at him through the doorway which of course he couldn't hear. He got out and tried to talk face to face she mumbled something under her breathe then yelled "get back in your truck" she then told him where to go she came inside shaking her head looked at me and said " it's not that f%$&ing hard" I'm assuming she didn't know him and I were together until we left at the same time. She then acted like it was a burdon to print his check and the entire time she would make a comment about every person that came there in the 15 or so minutes I was sitting there. Very unprofessional business and you better know exactly where you're going before you get there or she will freak out on you. Never again will any of my family go there.

The guys here have consistently given me bad information on what they have in stock, leading to hours of wasted time and frustration. If you're looking for something you cannot easily find/pull yourself, go elsewhere, these guys are awful. As a general rule of thumb, if a customer asks a question and you provide an answer, the answer should be correct and 8/10 times with these guys it is not and to top it all off, they are consistently rude, dismissive as if people showing up looking to buy parts they claim to have is a bother to them.

Super helpful!! Although they don't do "retail" sales they were potentially willing to make an exception, if they had the items I need. Bottom line, I didn't get to do business with them, but they were extremely professional and polite. Will check back again soon!!
