I called on 9/24/24 asked about a part for a Cadillac was told he had one. It was wrecked but I wanted to see the part. He said come on up. I came the building is locked up I sit for 30 mins. He wouldn't answer the phone or check to see if there were customers this is 10 am on a Tuesday morning hours are 9-5pm. Very unprofessional I came from another city.

He had been communicating with my son about a part that he needed for his car. The guy said that he had the part so we headed out to get it. This was almost an hour drive for us. I put the address that's listed online but when we arrived there it was not a junk yard at all it was a plaza with office buildings. So I called the guy and he told me that he was at another location in Memphis and that he would text me the address when he take the part off. I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS MAN AGAIN. All my calls and my son's calls went unanswered. Why would he have us drive all the way up there for absolutely nothing.
