Her latest closing time for us was be across the scales by 2:45 or they won't accept the load so I made sure I was there in time which was exactly 2:35 because as she was screaming in front of other customers "You know better" waving her hands telling me to go she wasn't taking it , I looked at my phone then to check the time. The other employees couldn't be nicer and are extremely helpful but this lady has serious issues and is costing this company lots of money. I've spoken with several others who have been turned away before 3 pm and all have the same opinion. of her. I passed two full loads leaving their yard on Friday before 3 pm after I was turned away so that's 3 full truck and trailer loads of steel and copper she cost this company . I had a trailer load of steel and over 200 pounds of number 1 clean copper that will now be hauled to Jackson and every load here after to avoid this lady.
It's alright I mean he stays open later than L&D does but he always gives you less money than what they paying at time. But when you need it you need it!
