They literally wait in the resident housing lots & pounce as soon as the driver is out of site. I am all for rules. I didn't even let my son explain because I told him if he was towed, he was at fault. But then I decided to ride by the scene myself. The signs are deliberately deceiving & awkwardly placed KNOWING it will confuse everyone. Yes there are signs saying park between YELLOW lines. Again, knowing it will be DARK & hard to see the faded lines and that 90% of males are color blind, they know IT IS A SET UP. So my son READ the sign on the fence & followed the ARROW. I guarantee myself and EVERY other adult would have done the same & thought any spot to the left would be acceptable. (See pic #3, which is where my son was parked)

This is the BEST shredding company in the state of Mississippi! From scheduling to the actual shredding event, they were a pleasure to deal with. We put on a "shred-party" for our clients and it was a huge success!They came from Starkville to Kosciusko to perform the service.
