A good friend bought a sunroof from this company. Modern Auto Wreckers delivered the wrong size for the quoted vehicle. On return, the sunroof was delivered broken to Modern Auto Wreckers (a FedEx delivery). It was returned in the same packaging in which it had been delivered. Neither the Modern Auto Wreckers (through any shipper's liability and insurance) nor FedEx (the shipper) will accept responsibility.

I had the new battery installed but it did not solve the issue. I took my car over to Crest volvo for them to tell me after a diagnostics that the battery was the wrong voltage, and that they would have to change the battery to a factory one. I took the old battery back to Autozone for a return, and it turns out after an installation that I can't get any cash back for the purchase; even if the purchase was only a couple days ago.Beforehand, autozone has been great to offer suggestions for problems I've had with my car. I would not recommend getting any parts from the store however, to avoid situations like these.
