I recently purchased a Club Car Onward HP from Bayou Buggies. Hugh from Bayou Buggies was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make an informative decision on the cart I wanted. I didn’t have a ton of time and being from Hattiesburg, Hugh saved me a ton of time and travel using FaceTime , pictures and video. The golf cart was delivered showroom clean and exactly as promised. Bayou Buggies and team were excellent to do business with and I highly recommend them if in the market to purchase a quality GolfCart.

Listen I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews because I have such a hectic and busy life but this company truly deserves it.It’s currently 20 degrees outside and I thought it would be a great idea to go get myself a hot coffee from my favorite coffee place as a treat for working hard all week. I stopped to get gas and after filling my tank my car wouldn’t start. I immediately had a complete mental break down and called my insurance for a tow.The driver showed up within 15 mins even though the ETA said 1 1/2 hours. So that alone deserves 5 stars because there’s literally frost/ice all over. It’s FREEZING outside. And of course my car wouldn’t start so no heat.Instead of just towing my car he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and allowed me to drive my car home instead. A tow truck driver doesn’t HAVE to fix my car. It’s not necessarily his job. He could’ve just towed it to my house and let me worry about it later. But my driver went the extra mile and instead of spending my whole day worrying and spending hundreds at the shop... my car is working perfectly again. Thank you so much guys. Sooooo much. I can’t possibly explain how much I truly appreciate y’all. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We hydroplaned on the interstate & ended up stuck in mud on the side of the road. Thank God we were all ok though. A local fireman stopped & called this company to assist. The driver that came was quick & efficient!!! It took all of about 5 minutes but he even pulled back over when he thought we were still having problems. We are so grateful for the kindness of this business! Highly recommend but hope if we meet again it’s under different circumstances!

I had to go back to the place 4 frikken times for the correct valve stem the service at the desk had no idea what he was doing or was trying his best to sell me a more costly product than I needed and the wrong one 3 times, I explained clearly what I needed every time , and was mansplained , why that's not what I needed till I had the tire shop call him 2 times ,ONLY THEN did I get the product I origional asked for.. Not ever using or them ever again!!

WOW! Customer service at this store is terrific! I walked in to see happy employees welcoming me to the store. Angel greeted me immediately. I made my purchase and Ben offered to put my lugnuts on for me. Nicole came out as well to check the rest and make sure they were all on tight. I definitely recommend this store!

Yet another store corporate has let run down. Great service friendly and knowledgeable staff. Could use a serious amount of improvements.The store is in need of serious floor care. The staff is very helpful entertaining and calming. The advice was funny helpful and stress relieving.The shelving is rusty and in poor repair. The counters are worn in desperate need of repair. Lighting on the building is very inadequate makes me feel insecure I don't go there at night because I'm afraid, It's too dark around the building.

Autozone was recently the place I've gone to when I've had any problems with my car, but now I'm looking to change that.Had a problem with my car battery and so I got a replacement from the store for around $160; a battery that was recommended to me by one of the cashiers after I told him the make of my car. I had the new battery installed but it did not solve the issue. I took my car over to Crest volvo for them to tell me after a diagnostics that the battery was the wrong voltage, and that they would have to change the battery to a factory one. I took the old battery back to Autozone for a return, and it turns out after an installation that I can't get any cash back for the purchase; even if the purchase was only a couple days ago.Beforehand, autozone has been great to offer suggestions for problems I've had with my car. I would not recommend getting any parts from the store however, to avoid situations like these.

Received a less than professional phone call from this service provider telling me it would be two hours before they could come out. They never showed up. Instead they had my insurance company send me a text message letting me know that this service provider canceled. Note this was well after I waited for well over two hours. Do yourselves a favor and try everyone else first. I do not recommend this company.Not timely.Not professional.Lacks integrity.Service: Battery
