Used their towing service two days ago which were your standard rates thru my insurance, then found out they also were a repair shop and boy was I in luck ! They replaced my water pump that bit the dust due to a coolant leak on my Y hose that I already knew about but didn’t have time to fix it due to work so I had been feeding it water. Long story short they helped me with the tow ,took me to my hotel, I took it in the next morning due to the closeness and convenience of the shop to i20 and my hotel. They fixed all my issues along with a couple other things in the process and dropped me off at a hotel for a few hours due to the extent of the work needed and then came and picked me up when done. Oh yea, after paying very fair rates for labor and parts I was on my way back north 3.45 hours to Little Rock and my truck ran smoother than before obviously but they also greased some bushings I know for facts because now they longer squeak !! Outstanding people I would recommend to anybody !Service: Engine repair

As a man who works in sales I appreciate good customer service but didnt find any here.I came for a diagnostic on my car and asked the store clerk for help with doing it. He just hands me the diagnostic machine like i know exactly what to do. As he stares at me as if he's ready for me to walk away now... i ask: am I supposed to do it myself? He simply answers, yea!Well i go back to my car, search on youtube how to do a diagnostic, learn where the spot is to check it and finally return just for him to tell me (after plugging in the machine)... is the check engine light on? I say, no. He then looks as if im mentally disabled and says... no codes gonna pop up if the check engine light is off.(maybe that info would have been helpful BEFORE I TAUGHT MYSELF HOW) Then I say well i didnt know that as i shrug my shoulders.He doest say another word to me just stares as i walk off and say... i appreciate it (lying of course) and i get no response.I understand if u get annoyed with a customer if they are acting a type of way... i just merely asked for a diagnostic and he could clearly care less what my needs were. Very nice guys indeed. The store was very clean and easy location to find. They was lacking on a few products. But so is ever other store. So can't hold that against them. But I was very pleased at the quality of service the guys have.

A bad review is the least I can do. Do not do business with these theives. They sold us the wrong part and was too expensive. I learned the hard way and you will to if you give them a chance to steal from you . They have no skills dealing with customers. Dumb and dumber. The only way they have good reviews is from family because I doubt they have any friends. Bad businessman and horrible business
Got us out of a tight spot. Over 200 miles from home. Changed tire to the donut but went flat. Called and they came back and towed to walmart. Fixed and back on the road fairly quick. Services: Tire change, Car towing
The ladies in the office always provide great service and have been very helpful.

5 Stars!I went in, and an Advanced Auto Parts Representative named Dave spoke with me about the issue I was having.There was another Advanced Auto Parts Representative, who also echoed the same solution to the problem I was encountering.Dave asked if he could take a look at my car outside.After looking at my car, he confirmed what I needed to purchase to fix the problem, and how to use it.He really went at great lengths to help me and I am sincerely thankful!

Highway 27 Motors gave us a tow when we were broken down on Hwy 61S. They helped us out of a bad situation. Driver was very kind, accommodating and helpful. The service was greatly appreciated. Would recommend.
For at least the 5th time WM had failed to pick up my trash. They didn't even bother to come down to the end of my street and check. I call the city and they tell me to contact WM whose phone hangs up on you after 2 rings.
These guys helped me out on a recent trip when the truck I was driving started running hot. After waking from a refreshing nights sleep in a nearby Cir K parking lot, I decided to ease over to Carquest a little early and wait till they opened up at 7am. The truck was running cooler than the night before and I got there around 6:15. To my surprise, they were already open and helping other customers! Once inside I was greeted by a couple guys working behind the counter and after explaining the symptoms a unanimous decision was made to replace the thermostat. $37 later and we were on our way.
