Brought my car here for a recall with my airbag. I spoke with Cody on the phone to set up the appointment. He was VERY nice. The day of the appointment, a lady greeted me, showed me where to wait. They had complimentary coffee so I was happy. And it was all done in less than an hour! They were great!

AutoZone has saved me so many times I would never think of go-oh-oh-oh-oing to the other place here in town. From battery changing, to tool loaning, diagnostics, advice, to the easy online ordering and pickup process on top of the great app and unmatched $20 rebate for every $100 spent. Even the customers are elite: I’ve been offered help countless times from awesome people in the parking lot despite dealing with their own auto-emergencies. Definitely love this chain.

One pole on my battery gets pretty corroded periodically, and I have to get that cleaned off so the battery keeps its charge. However, last week on the coldest day of the year so far, my car wouldn't start & I eventually had to call AAA as 3 grown men & I could not get the hood open to jump start it. The AAA guy got the hood open & the car started very quickly and told me to have someone check the battery because of the corrosion. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts as I've been there before & they've always treated me well. I thought I would need a new battery, but they told me on the phone to bring the car up and they thought they had something to help with the corrosion, & actually said "why buy a new battery if you don't need to yet?"So I took the car up there, purchased 2 items totalling under $10, and the kind gentleman spent a good half hour out in the cold using their own stuff to make the corrosion go away, and finally something to help it stay away, & didn't charge me a thing for all that work. I was also impressed that they did not try to sell me a new battery when they could have, & I would have bought one. All this is why I really like O'Reilly Auto Parts so much! They saved me a ton of money & didn't push a part on me that I did not yet need!UPDATE: Three months later, still having even more corrosion & my car needing to be jumped with my self-jumper several times & finally even on a warm day, I went back to O'Reilly's where they checked my battery which by then had charged since it had been started & I had cleaned the corrosion off the pole, they after further inspection & listening to my accounts of what has happened did recommend a new battery, but told me it still might not be all the problem. The gentleman also told me if I wanted, I should do a price check with a couple other places before I decide since this is a major purchase for me. Now when was the last time a retailer suggested you compare prices elsewhere before purchasing a battery? I am so impressed by O'Reilly's that I, unless there is a huge price difference, will most likely go buy a new battery from them given how well they have treated me. The kind gentleman wanted me to take my time since I can jump start my own car without help to be sure of what I wanted to do. Again they did everything they could to find the problem, but by then I had cleaned off the corrosion with their products, and the car was working fine. I am just so blessed by their continued assistance!

I sold my college vehicle to them for recycling in 2018 and was told that I just needed a drivers license for the transaction. Since then I have had strange moments where I SWORE I saw my car driving around town here. Today... I found it parked in a parking lot under a different license plate. It was an utter deer in the headlights moment. You may ask: how are you sure it was your old vehicle?1) I repaired the headlight with my dad after a fender bender - the same dent and repair job was there.2) Dent by gas cover from when someone hit the side of my car3) Passenger door mini-saw job (it wouldn’t open after last fender bender)4) Same window tint strip5) Jim Bauer dealer stickerThank goodness it wasn’t titled under my mother’s name still. 1 star review for shady business practices and dishonesty.*edited to acknowledge business reply* - gentleman working said - when asked - that it would be recycled that day. I understand that they “reserve the right”- but the expectation was made that it was to be recycled by the business

I highly recommend this place for repairs. I took my truck there for brake pad and rotor replacements and everyone was very friendly. I felt they were very fair with pricing and they got it done quick. I am very happy and will be returning for any car troubles I have in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience purchasing a used teardrop trailer from Gale at Heartland Auto Sales. From our first interaction with him, we could tell that Gale is passionate and very knowledgeable about these types of trailers. Being new to this type of trailer, Gale took the time to educate us on all the options and gave us loads of great, practical advice. The quality of the trailer was outstanding. It was clean, all worn parts had been repaired well, and was ready to go. Our purchasing experience was no-pressure and very pleasant. Thanks to Gale, we are now able to enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and will make many wonderful family memories!
