He was very disrespectful and rude to me. I myself work customer service and I couldn’t imagine talking to one of my customers the way he talked to me. I felt so disrespected and upset at the way he talked to me that I decided to call and talk to one of the managers about the incident. He didn’t even offer an apology, I will be taking my service elsewhere with more understanding employees.
