If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they come to my home 7 times to fix my washer and yet still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, they took it upon themselves to make their own claim with the washing machine company. Insurance fraud is not something I want to be a part of, and sadly I had to take legal action to cover my own bases. Our claim was made with Nebraska Furniture Mart where we purchased out washer, and they should habe never been making a claim using our names and our address. The washer company only covers a 1 year warranty, our extended warranty was through NFM.

One week they dumped trash on the ground. By the time I got off work the trash was all over our yard and our neighbors. This week they broke my brand new trash can and I can't afford another one right now.
