Needed a part for my pickup.Spoke with a nice lady about the part and was unfortunately not something they had. She recommended another place to try and provided me the number.I called the other location and was put on hold while they got to their desk to help me. While on hold I got a call back from E&J, so I answered.Turned out that they did have the part I needed on a vehicle that had come in and she was not aware of before.The price was reasonable and the ladies in the office were friendly, professional and helpful. The part was pulled and brought to the office and even helped me put it on the truck (tail light).Cell phone signal was pretty weak out there but the service more than made up for that. I'll definitely go back anytime I need a part for my truck.Thank you E&J for helping me out!!

Needed a wheel hub for my f 250, explained that it was a 2002,4x, auto locking hub and system. After taking the hub off my truck I realized they gave me the one with no abs. Price was about the same as a new one would have been , actually a little higher than a new one. That was the bad, the good is that they are very good at tracking down parts for you in a short time. They also did a return for the hub with no fuss. Wrote me a check even though I paid cash but oh well.

I've been going here for years and I know how much weight I brought and I know the price of aluminum and copper and steel so please tell me how 880×.10= $88 and 110 ×.53 = $58.30 and 20×3.34= $66.80 so $88+$58.30+$66.80= $213.10 but my check was only for $156.60 u shorted me out of $56.50 so I would like for u to please give me the rest of my money I earned working for. I just gotta give y'all a 5 star rating, based souly on how the owner claps back at these cry baby people who obvious tried to add extra weight with less valuable metals like steel. I guess these people think aluminum and palladium are worth the same. Just because they sound alike doesn't mean they're worth the same. Just because its shiny doesn't mean it's worth the same as precious metals.

Make sure you pay strict attention to the first rate signage and plastic loudspeaker system, otherwise you may inadvertently go across the state of the art scale at this facility and end up costing the owner $700 or more. If something like this should happen, know that there is the potential for the owner of this establishment to launch into an overly aggressive, profanity laced tantrum, possibly escalating to the point of a physical confrontation. What is not certain is if the owner’s behavior is due to ingesting contaminated metal shavings from a smoking device or if he’s just off plumb a bubble. Either way, more professionalism can be found from bathroom nuggets. Beware.
