My mother told her the gentleman was helping us and she gave a snarky response to my mom to mind her own business and that it was between them. To that short haired lady: you're lucky I have the human decency and courtesy to not sock you in the face. First you talk bad about your employees that help your costumers and then you give snarky responses to your customers? I hope your days are numbered at that store. To the man that helped us: thank you sir for being so kind and patient with us, even though we couldn't purchase anything at the end. I hope you go to good places in life, because those women don't deserve your work ethic and customer communication abilities.

Spoke to him over the phone about a vehicle on their website and he agreed to come down $1000 dollars on the price of the vehicle, and I agreed to come look at it later that day. Before I got there to look at it, he had someone offer him full price for the vehicle but he kept his verbal commitment to let me look at it first. He ended up selling me the vehicle for the agreed upon price, $1000 less than asking price. I will be checking the inventory here when I am ready for my next vehicle.

Showed up a bit late but now I know where it is.
The employees are the rudest people. When you ask for a part there is no type of suggestion if they don't have it no time frame when or if they can order it or check to see if another store might have it. I had a colleague of mine attempt to purchase some items and when he attempted to pay for his purchase the employee informed him he would need to go get the change because they had not made it to the bank to get change. No apology or offer of a discount or if you come back later we should have some change granted there is like 4 or 5 employees standing around it's like you interrupted their day not sure if this was because co-worker/friend is Hispanic but the vibe there it wouldn't surprise me. They do have a very pleasant lady who appears to be management she is very knowledgeable also pleasant over the phone But save yourself the trip there parts are very limited and who wants to spend their hard-earned money with rude people that treat you like that and this opinion was based on several trips there
