You will not find a better mechanic shop than Pro Repair. Whether you’re young or old, man or woman, they treat everyone fairly and right. I used to dread going to the mechanic’s until I found these guys awhile back. They’re all friendly and nice to talk to. They never make me (42 female) feel like a question is dumb, which happens in most shops to women. I have never felt like I overpaid for anything; in fact it’s the opposite, I always feel like I got a heck of a deal. Horrible customer service. Definitely do NOT take your vehicle there for service. Said I needed work done that wasn't needed at a ridiculously inflated price. Left warrenty work unfinished that could have caused harm to me and my vehicle. Had to have work done elsewhere which I paid for out of pocket rather than trust them to do it right. Never again!!

They let me borrow their tire pressure gauge to check my tire pressure. I offered to get them coffee but they told me they could not accept money from customers. Very courteous. Excellent customer services.

Usually the service is alright.. If your a first timer you would think Jamie the Mgr was rude but with continuance of coming back she is not bad person.. today the young kid told me to use my phone for a part number.. OK thanks I will.. then my total is $36.75 for five items I then hand him a 100 bill and he comes back slaps a paperclip stack of fives at me and stares at me, so kindly I ask if he doesn't normally count back his money or what cause hey buddy it's not my till at the end of your shift short.. says nothing and continues staring at me so final question I have is can I at least get a bag ?? Great Customer Service today.. and your Mgr next to you says nothing.. attitudes are contagious people will come for the Customer Service they expect or know. and employees no different.. best of luck..

We spoke to Emilio on the phone before arriving to make sure the parts we needed were there since our van was being towed - he was courteous, friendly, and helpful and made sure the parts were waiting for us at the front.When we arrived we were helped by Kevin who was also extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. He even lent us tools to use.

Edit: McGree Trucking contacted me and corrected the issues I was having with their service.Only half of the time, McGree Trucking picks up my recycle bin although they take my neighbors when mine is right next to theirs. When they only come every other week and they skip a service, my can is now overflowing. When they do pick it up, they throw it on the ground tipped over. I can't justify paying $25 a month for this service, or lack thereof. I have called McGree Trucking with my complaint and was told that they would come back to pick up my can but they never did.

“In the exact same shape that it was when it came through the gate” they said mere moments after my suburban was mistakenly towed off to be crushed through “community enrichment” and they in fact broke into it ransacked what was inside stole personal effects even knowing I was coming to reclaim my property… charged me a fee for storage too but they forgot to re lock the passenger side. Completely disgusted by this and they’ve just lost a loyal customer of over 25 years… their just as bad as chief executive jp Gallagher and mr Ed Randall. Greed good ol boys and organized crime… I would go straight to prison if I did any of the things these guys did to me. Unfortunately nobody can or will help our community so we ensure this poisoned reign of butte silver bow… the federal government needs to look much closer at the people that truly should be facing indictment in this community, because it’s closer up the echelon than thought. Help us!

We were up in area trail riding over the weekend and our fuel pump went out. First thing on a Monday morning, we called for a tow to Mick’s Repair for a fuel pump issue. I was told that a driver would call and he did, by 8:59am John was rolling out of the parking lot with our truck, he gave us great directions to get to Mick’s Repair.I am very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism and would recommend their services!!Thanks for the excellent service!!
