His wheelchair ramp was far from being safe and impossible to go up and down. Pacific has always been a community giver. They donated a 4'x 3' 1/4" flat to install at the bottom of the ramp. As it's on concrete, code calls for no greater than 1/4" lip. Pacific was outstanding and more than accommodating. A great community company! We added a texture to the paint for gripping.

We bought a house, had a 30 year old non-functional hot tub. these guys came and gave a quote, and scheduled removal. They were friendly and quick. they got started and were finished the same day. Saws all'd it apart and hauled off, easy-peasy (for us!). Cash transaction. Would be cool if they took other than cash, I don't know if they do or not.

Poor customer service, I will never go back. The guy working got in my brothers face for asking who the owner is (he claimed to be the owner). Lost a good customer, we bought a flatbed there before this incident.

The team at Helena Toyota was by FAR the most professional, respectful and easy going people I have ever worked with…and I spent 8 years in the car business! My salesman Randy kept me up to date, they worked hard and offered me great financing and when my own bank came back with a better rate, there was no arm twisting or fuss. They simply sent me a purchase order and said thank you. I went in to sign my paperwork and they had my trade inspected, paperwork done and ready and I signed and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Helena Toyota has a forever customer in me now and absolutely anyone who asks me where to go for the best car buying experience.
