American auto parts is always a great resource when you’re looking for those parts that you just don’t wanna pay full price on for new. I came here today looking for a door and a side panel for a truck for the company that I work for. We found what we needed and the staff was incredibly friendly to help us. They even assisted us loading the heavy items. Everyone in the store was fantastic and we appreciate all the help that they gave us. If you’re looking for those items that you just don’t want to spend a lot of cash on new parts, then give American auto parts a call. Took 12 radiators and some other scrap brass pieces and got $160. I didn't know any better. Took the same radiators to alters the next 2 times and have gotten 1200 - 1300 each time. Cooters will rip you off.

Worked with Matt after finding my part online. Matt was very helpful ensuring I could get my part and it was in good condition. Shipping from Omaha to Grand Haven, MI it got a small dent and some paint rubbed off. Matt reviewed, sent me pictures of how it shipped, and offered me a refund for the shipping costs so i can get fixed. They are a ripoff i came in a bought an alternator and asked for one that had a. A rating they said it was went back on their website turns out they sold me one with a poor grade and charged the higher price thank god my credit card is refunding my money back never again dont sell lower rated parts at the higher price and lie about it

04/04/22 Don't waste your money or time going out there. If you do call and see if they're keeping track of the rows they pulled. They raised the entrance fee and then started having only half inventory?I've been out there weekly for about a month, and they just keep pulling rows out but not replacing the ones they pull. Every section has about half of the cars gone. Makes no sense in pulling that many and not replacing them promptly as they just raised the fee. this place has gotten even worse, then their United Auto self serve lot ("that's not the same company anymore"). This is the last week that Abes will have our business. How hard is it to put the trash can back where you found it and standing up? Also, why would you throw it and completely block a sidewalk? Also, I put the can on the other side of a 40 foot driveway, and they drag it all the way across and just throw it wherever they feel like. If I could give zero stars, I would.
