Most of the reviews aren’t 5 stars.Details on why I gave it 5.In no way did I give these guys 5 stars on their prices. Their price on the part was what it costs brand new. The other reviews from the Nebraska natives seems to be saying the same thing.I gave it 5 stars because I was looking for a specific part off an old ford truck that I couldn’t find anywhere. Ford stopped making the part. I talked to a yard in California and they didn’t have it. They then referenced me to a website where I found ABC.They listened to my description, looked under multiple trucks in the yard, and texted me pictures all within a couple hours. Once they found the part they called me and I paid.This was on Monday, they boxed it up, shipped it UPS, and I had it in Philadelphia on Friday. How quickly I got this part is why I am giving 5 stars. The customer service was great.

I'm unhappy with inconsistency and quality of service there always seems to be a catch 22 when it comes to payment it varies depending on who you are sometimes they will wright you a check if it's under 100 but today the requirements were producing an ID with the correct mailing address because apparently without out it there not willing to make any transactions very inconvenient and if inconvenienced they have no problem telling you where the door is. I appreciate using local business but man it would be nice to go get a check without the hoops to jump through again I can't find logic or reason as to why service isnt simplistic especially when I'm bring them my business I feel like they find its hard to do good business but it's there business they don't like being asked question no question
