Earl & Bob are fantastic. This junk yard is full of amazing mechanic wonder. They take the personal time to get on line to check parts out, in which can identity other years or cars that carry that part. Expect to be asked the right questions to get the specific part. For example, some cars will have one part for a certain year. While other parts have one style the first 1/2 of the year, then switch the style of that same part the other 1/2 of the year. They give people the option to pull their own parts or they will pull them for added very fair extra price. Be aware that you are working on their time when they pull it. For example if you order a part, don't expect it to be ready in 5 minutes. I believe if they pull it, the general rule is to pay 1/2 now & the other 1/2 when the job is finished. Kendal does generally have a warranty. This may mean replacement of the part if all possible. They have been known to get online just for you in order to help you find a part somewhere else if they don't have it. Bob & Earl have an extreme insight into helping you get what you need for a very fair price. By the way, showing up at 5:25 pm and wanting the best service & expecting solutions when they close at 5:30 is unjust & not fair to the guys. Treating these guy's right is a priority because they go beyond the basic service.

It started out ok over the phone. We went and got our items. Needed to have a rim and tire mounted that we bought from there. Was notified by the mechanic it was the wrong size. Went ahead and bought a tire there and was going to return the wrong size one. (I thought since it came off of the same model of car it would be the same size......wrong) so we come back to return the tire. We had talked to a man and told him about the tire and he said come on back, so we did. Evidently the person that took the tire an rim off was the one called to the front to check the tire. He says this is not our tire. Our tires are not that aged or dry cracks. So both of them called me a liar. Not to mention nowhere did I see posted no refunds on tires, even on the receipt. Called back to talk to a manager or owner and spoke with a woman who was busy, she restated the policy and said can I call you back.......it has been 3 days......no call. Therefore lesson learned....will never go back, i feel ripped off, and treated wrong because of being a female senior citizen.

Glad to see they haven't changed much at all since my first visit over 7 years ago I'll keep coming back. Definitely worthwhile to visit! I will say their inventory online and what you're told in-store is very inaccurate and make sure you watch the prices at checkout I was charged for a power mirror when it was a Manual mirror!
