This was an outstanding experience. I came out of the hotel and had a flat tire. We called AAA and Jimmy from Cal Nevada came out and took off the tire expecting to put put on the spare, saw that there was a nail in it, took it back to his shop and came back within a half an hour with a nail taken out and the tire repaired. Took cans there one time, they paid me 4 cents a pound. RIP OFF, everyone else was paying 80 to 90 cents. Didn't give me a price until they got my cans. They don't advertise prices for anything. But copper goes for 2 to 2.90 a pound right now from what I read so brass goes for 1.38. Let's see... So I called and asked how much brass and copper were being paid for, explained what kind I had. Guy says 1.70 for copper and 1.07 I believe for brass. He says " we have professionals that can tell you what you have when you get here"This "professional" dumped everything I had in a bucket, didn't tell me squat, and paid me .45 cents a pound for 11 lbs of brass. Then shoed me away while I was trying to ask about the price difference. It's a large scale SCAM

Test drove a vehicle and asked for a trade price on my car and a sell price for the vehicle. Was told I was required to provide my social security number to see the prices, I did not ask for financing so this was not for a credit app. Salesperson told me this was Nevada state law. Was told initially that they do not mark vehicles up then told that if I did not purchase that day there would be a $5000 mark up. I recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered a new fuel pump via the O’Reilly Auto Parts website at a reasonable price and within a week I was able to install it with little trouble. Hint: Make sure you have the wire harness to the fuel pump wired properly and test it so you don’t have to drop the tank twice. Fortunately that process is not that bad on this rv. As far as I know this is the original fuel pump and it lasted 22 years. I replaced it because it was whining but still functioning. The website was convenient but if I need something quick and in a hurry there’s a local OReilly Auto Parts Store near me too.

Ordered Royal Purple oil online for pickup and 4 minutes later received an email indicating my order was canceled with zero explanation and that I would receive a refund within 48 hours!!Prior to this I found an engine air filter that showed available for pickup, drove to store and they did not have. Not cool with gas at all time highs!

This is the most unorganized, incompetent, store and employees I've ever dealt with in my 45 years. Plan to wait 20 min in line for 1 object and on top of that being short-changed. Ridiculous! Be aware of this store. It truly sucks. NO NEED TO CUT COPY AND PASTE THAT STUPID RESPONSE ON EMAILING CUSTOMER REVIEWS FROM THE SO CALLED OWNER. I'M NOT GOING TOO.

Drove 70miles to see a 1989 suburban that was advertised for 7999 in the pictures it looked real good worth taking the drive when I got there the suburban wouldn’t start you could tell that there was damage and had a bad repair paint didn’t match , I would say the vehicle worth 800 tops. I would never purchase a vehicle from them .

Placed an order on July 19th, as of October 4th I have only received the one email for the order confirmation. I have called numerous times and nobody ever answers or returns calls, have emailed numerous times and never got a response. Starting to think that there not in business. Looked at there address and called the business next to that address and they have never heard of them. Looked them up on Linkedin and it looks like a middle eastern shell company??
