My experience here is if you can, go somewhere else. You should only sell your metal here if You have no other options they paid me about 1/3 the going rate for brass bronze and copper. And they paid me about 1/5 of the going rate for lead. I came in with a very small amount just to test the waters and see how they would treat me and even though I called him out on offering me one price for two separate types of metals he completely ignored what I was saying and gave me bare minimum prices for higher quality metal like I said don't come here unless it's your only option.

Very bad experience! First day, there are vehicles sitting on the ground, the parts I need you have dig in the dirt to retrieve, can't use jacks, they refused to help to lift, there was poor excuse as to why they can't. Com to find out the fuel tanks still have gas in them.Second day, computer are down the can't refund store credit, only cash they don't do cash, they refused to add the credit to new parts I had to dig in the dirt to get. Very poor operations, poor customer service.

Little irritated they opened the wi down to our truck and left it down. Snow got all inside.we told them we were there for the plates and they sent us all the way up to find the truck only to have no plates on it. We go back and the lady we just spoke to said "oh yeah we take those off" then they couldn't find it. Still have yet to find it.

I have a 2016 Track that got hit from the back cave den my back hatch video didn't work no more. I came in Cameron greeted me and said he can help me to find the same color same spoiler same of everything and promise me didn't snip the wiring harness. one came in and wires was snipped so he took it back and got another one that has this wiring harness. Made the mistake of calling them. I had no idea group of people could be such absolute douche-waffles. I am now aware that they are commercial and Industrial only but I would urge all business partners willing to work with them to strongly reconsider any sort of partnership as this company is represented by astoundingly terrible employees. It's hard to believe any business worth their salt would be willing to deal with such asshats.
