When they couldn't find me a replacement part for my exhaust system they sent me to someone near by who not only made only what i really needed but charged me very little for making it. This shop is a blueprint for quality service. Wish other stores would take notice and be this good. Thanks J&C

Vern's place 4 parts are excellent to deal with. I needed a driveshaft for my 86 Ford F250 4x4 they did not have on hand but ordered one for me. The one that was shipped was the wrong one and they still tried to find the one I needed. I really needed my truck by the weekend and they did try their best I know the shaft I needed is hard to find but was lucky enough to find only one at a different yard. I do not blame Vern's for the mix up as they confirmed the information I gave them was correct. They did not even try to give me a hard time about a refund. I will continue to deal with Vern's Place 4 Parts as they are very friendly people to deal with and do try their best to locate hard to find parts. I got into a wreck with my vehical and when I went there my tag was taken off my truck they said either I gave them money or my title I can get my tag back smh after losing everything they dont care my license is next because I cant get my tag these people are a joke you can not hold someones tag u can only hold the vehical smh

This is a sad company I always see their truck broken down on the side of the road! Clearly the owner doesn’t care about his employees or what they are driving! Maybe the state should do an inspection on this place! I’m pretty sure if they did they would probably get shut down I’m just saying!

Don't bother. 350 lb commercial Imperial radiant grill and they said weight was 200. Mixed metals, cast iron, stainless steel, and small amount of aluminum. $10. Gtfoh.

After reading the "about us" page on this website I was fully confident that they would be more than willing to assist me in locating a discontinued truck part. Much to my surprise I called and spoke to Susan who was nice on the phone. However when I asked if they had my specific part, she responded very quickly, did you try Pardos? They brag in their website that they are in affiliation with a national parts locator service but didn't offer that to me at all and when I asked they said no. Very disappointed with the level of customer service offered.

These people while trying to make a sale, seemed nice but they’re re not! I purchased a part which I needed to take with me to my son in Denver. Upon arriving in Denver I gave it to the mechanic that was going to install it in my son’s car only to find that the part was damaged and therefore unusable. I made a special trip to Denver only to take the part with me since the Denver mechanic said that part was not available anywhere in Denver. So that trip was a costly waste of time since the part couldn’t be used. I returned from Denver brought them the part back explaining to them it was damaged and they basically told me too bad cause they weren’t going to take it back or refund me.After much discussion they decided to “Make a deal with me” which was a refund of 50% of the cost of the part. Now the part cost $100 so my refund for a part that they sold me damaged ( probably thinking this guy taking it to Denver we’ll never see him again) would be $50! They tell me the 50% is for their restocking fee so I was unhappy, but willing to take the $50 loss AND THEN they come back and tell me“Oh and also you have to pay us for us to return the part back to the manufacturer which is an additional $30!!!! So now my refund for the damaged part they sold me in the first place for $100 was now $20!!!How do you charge a restocking fee AND a return shipment fee on a part you sold damaged to begin with!!! So the owners “Blackie” and his son both scammed me out of $100.00 plus the cost of traveling all the way from NJ to Denver Colorado with a damaged part!!! I would never do business with these people or let anyone I know do business with them! Go elsewhere!!!!

Completely dissatisfied with G Mill as a supplier and will have them removed from my Hollander listings. My business ordered a radio from G Mill that had listed and it turns out that G Mill inventoried the part incorrectly (it happens). We called and informed them of their error and requested them to send a call tag for the part that they inventoried wrong. We were even nice enough to give them the correct information on how to re-inventory the part when they get it back! We were told (very rudely and unprofessionally) that you ordered the part wrong (which we didn’t we ordered correctly as how they had it listed) and we needed to ship the part back (we have to pay for that) and when the part gets back we would be credited less the freight on the original shipment . So this shows that you take zero responsibilities for your errors and make your guest pay the price for them.
