Car was hit in a minor accident which left my drivers side door all scratched... took my car to Jackie over at John's Automotive and not only did they take care of everything, they gave me an amazing deal and were so pleasant to deal with. I just moved to Montclair about 6 months ago but this is the by far the best business experience I have had in the area. Bought an engine from here recently, was able to start the car it was coming out of to verify it was good and that the mileage was correct, so that was nice. Upon leaving a deposit, it was agreed I would get all accessories minus the starter since they sell it presumable. However, when I went to pick up the engine, not only was the starter not included, but so was the alternator, AC compressor, and exhaust manifold. The oil pan was severely dented as well, and I needed to replace it because of that. The older gentleman (Presumable the owner) had a very poor attitude/customer service. The rest of the guys working there were great to deal with.
Great company, they served me very well. I will definitely do business with them again. I recommend them to future clients and partners!

This guy is listed on here under multiple different company names and numbers. This so he can control the market prices for cars. Definitely a SCAM!!!. BEWARE! I needed car picked up same day. I was told no problem it can be picked up within the hour, I'll have "The Office" call you. Perfect i can get this done before work. After waiting a little over an hour with no call back i called the next number on the list. Guess who picked up? Same guy. "We're gonna cancel your appointment because your shopping around!"

Worst customer service . Called four times & they kept giving me different times to pick up the vehicle. Last call i did, they gave me attitude & acting smart lol , also they’re short with drivers. Took about two days to pick up my car since they “forgot” .
Make sure to get ur money back when u can otherwise u lost it, like if there's some kind of experience dated on refunds , give a item back since don't know what they sell bc was aftermarket part, don't go there to get the money same day ask for it a month later they say they can't give it to me bc I take to long to go get it !! What a joke place!!
