“completely disrespectful person on the phone, had our customer on the line with us who is Spanish and the man on the phone at geartronix seemed irritated by the fact that our customer was trying to make the payment through zelle, our customer had a few questions as he is not familiar with zelle. while in the middle of trying to make the payment the rep at geartronix put us on hold for quite some time and basically gives us an attitude because he's too busy to be on the phone and answer or help us as we are trying to make a payment. since we refused to be talked to in such a disgusting manner we told them nevermind and the man said good because we weren't going to sell you the part anyway. so you would take my customers money but couldn't be bothered to assist us with the payment and because we had questions you felt it was appropriate to talk down to us. completely disrespectful person and shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. if you hate your job then maybe you should find a new one. Also, 2 minutes later I called another place and was able to get the part I was looking for cheaper and was treated respectfully. so, if you don't want to be talked down to and you want to get your parts for a better price then let me know. geartronix is a joke”
