I got a quote of $166 approx. 2 weeks ago and sent the cat in. Got an email confirming they received it and payment was being mailed. When I received the check today it was only for $66, so I called and they confirmed it was the wrong amount and would mail another check for the balance of $100. I will upgrade the 2 stars to 4 if I actually receive it. We'll see. In all fairness, this is actually a great way to handle the cats. Simple and easy.Update: Rockaway not only sent the remainder of my payment, it was $10 more than expected. I'm giving them 5 stars for expediency, fair pricing, ease of use, and truthfulness. These guys are great to do business with. Thumbs up.

these people are thieves. as many others have posted, they keep your vehicle hostage. they stole tools, clothes, camping equipment out of my truck. and 3 guys tried to muscle me off the property. when i finally was able to retrieve the vehicle (with NO help from Jefferson police, i might add, an officer was on the phone with sars in the background saying "i told you not to scrub the info on that truck yet." shady?) my truck was EMPTIED. if i was the state police i would look into the 'vandalism' and other things (read: INSURANCE FRAUD) that happened at sars.learn from the rest of these comments. NEVER. EVER. DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I called about a fuel pump for a 54 Hudson Jet. The parts person made me feel like he couldn’t wait to get me off the phone .(The Hudson Jet has a 202 ci engine and only built for 2 yrs)…..I was told he had a fuel pump for a 54 Hudson but would not confirm if it would fit my specific model. When a Company makes you feel like they don’t want your business you go to someone that does!

Poor communication , was told $1.50 per pound on copper and brass mix, come to find out after going, it is $1.50 per 100 pounds for any and all scrap.
