Obviously I am not the only one that has had this problem as I see another review just like mine. I requested a refund of my gap and my extended warranty insurance in November. I have been checking on it through the finance manager Jonathan Martinez who I learned yesterday was no longer with Roswell Ford. I have left three messages with the general manager I have left three messages with the accounting person at Roswell Toyota that takes care of the refunds and I have left two additional messages that have not been returned by anybody. Do not buy anything from these people they will not take care of you and they will not return your phone calls. My next call is to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau as I am tired of dealing with these people and getting nothing from them

When asked to explain, the guy said, next in line & wouldn't talk to me anymore. I was neither rude nor agressive. This store # 177 is the worst one I have ever dealt with
