We're very helpful on the parts I needed. Didn't have the cheaper ones but no other place in town had the part for a 63 Belair. They also carried the box to my car. I walk with a cane so this was very helpful.

Hicks was the only place that could get us in on short notice to replace our high pressure power steering line. They were friendly, efficient fast and rationally priced. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. Obviously I am not the only one that has had this problem as I see another review just like mine. I requested a refund of my gap and my extended warranty insurance in November. I have been checking on it through the finance manager Jonathan Martinez who I learned yesterday was no longer with Roswell Ford. I have left three messages with the general manager I have left three messages with the accounting person at Roswell Toyota that takes care of the refunds and I have left two additional messages that have not been returned by anybody. Do not buy anything from these people they will not take care of you and they will not return your phone calls. My next call is to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau as I am tired of dealing with these people and getting nothing from them

Well, I cannot say enough goodness on how well I was treated. Tito, the manager was outstanding. He helped out immediately with filters on a C15 Caterpillar. He also escorted me to the tool room and found me a battery charger at a phenomenal price. The rest of the crew was outstanding as well. Many thanks NAPA!

If you are local, you get preferrential treatment. Day or evening, didn't matter. Ordered items in person, the order was not placed with their fulfillment dept. Ordered items over the phone & was told it would be in on Thursday, nope, Friday, nope, Saturday, was fed 2 wrong answers, not available & no record of the order. When asked to explain, the guy said, next in line & wouldn't talk to me anymore. I was neither rude nor agressive. This store # 177 is the worst one I have ever dealt with

They lied to us about out over all payment. Said in text they'd charge us $107 for the weekend storage fee when there closed on the weekend and ended up charging us $189...wouldn't recommend them but if it's thru rpd yr screwed still.
