We had an awesome experience with this shop. We blew a tire on our 42 foot 5th wheel trailer 20 miles from their shop. We have road side assistance through good Sam. Finally after not hearing from anyone we called back Good Sam to see what was going on and the customer service rep forgot to dispatch our call. So the new CSR did and we finally got help. The tire was of course blown on the drivers side but Juan didn’t hesitate to help us out. We gave him a tip and he was reluctant to take it and said he was just doing his job.Well we couldn’t have asked for better road side service. Their shop didn’t carry the spare we needed to replace but helped us locate who might.Don’t be haters. Use small business. Make reviews on the positive and your frustrations.
