We came across this place while traveling in Taos, NM and had a flat tire on our truck. They were awesome, very reasonably priced and fast. They did a great job and were very thorough in taking the screw out of our tire and fixing it. Glad that we found them and were able to drive back home to Texas without worries.

Had a flat tire and they didn't even ask if there was anything that they could do to help. I asked for use of a tire pump and was told that they didn't have one. Asked if they had a plug kit I could burrow since I had plugs in my car but couldn't find the handles for them and was told no we don't have those to loan out. I only go to orielly auto parts if AutoZone doesn't have what I need or I need it before AutoZone can get it...

Took my car for an oil change and alignment on a Wednesday. Engine light was on. They wanted to change me $110 for diagnostic. I let the service manager know to forget it. We have a mechanic in the family. Never got a call so I called. At 4:30 I was told they were having issues with the alignment and it wouldn't be ready. No car overnight. Today (Thursday) at noon I call for status. They then tell me there's an issue and I'd it cost $400 to fix. So I let them know leave it and I'd get it checked. Oil changed only! They let me know that they were finishing up the paperwork so I could pick up, they'd call me. Never got a call. Finally I just showed up. Went to service counter and there was a charge for $55 plus my oil change. Service Manager Richardsaid he had to even when I specifically said No diagnostic. The women at the service counter was very sweet and apologetic.I let her know they lost a regular customer. I will never go back and I will never recommend getting a vehicle serviced here.

Save your time and go to O'Riley's or Napa. The "children" working at this AutoZone have nothing but an attitude, and are rude. I've had an unpleasant experience the last 3 times I've gone to this location. The employees seem to be inconvenienced when you ask them questions, and appear to be more engaged with their phones rather than providing a decent customer experience. This last time I had my receipt thrown at me, and the employee who threw it at me stormed off into the back of the warehouse with an attitude. Just go to O'Riley's who have courteous, knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help get you and your vehicle back on the road.
Great place to have an interlock installer to get your window tint done very nice people decent prices. I'd recommend them anytime
