Bad experience, they tell you a price, they send you to another place where they mistreat the vehicle and when you return to the office they want to pay you less than agreed. They use the excuse that the vehicle did not have original parts, in my case the catalytic converter of my CRV.... something a little crazy since the catalytic converter has a higher price than that agreed by the CRV.
Was sold a bumper with missing pieces , the guy said he would return $50 and he did . No 5 stars because it was a little over price for a bumper that can’t be properly mounted . Dnt care about the scratches and dents .
You can find a lot of parts here for a good price. Sometimes expensive $$

They scam customers by saying that their prices listed on car-part's website are their "pre-covid" prices, and that the price of the parts in person are actually higher. It's been over three years since the pandemic began, so unless their inventory hasn't changed since then--which is highly doubtful, then they're just getting over on customers by lying about their pre and post covid prices in hopes that you'll just accept defeat and buy whatever it is anyways since you're already there. Never heard of any garbage like that in my life. Also, someone was supposed to help me find parts over the phone and never called me back--twice. Don't waste your time.

Ridiculous on a busy night where 3 boroughs dumping and semi trucks picking up materials in such a small space, there's no structure or guidance. Vic the hardest working person there. Besides him this site is in shambles at night
