These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond to attempt to help me with my ac/heater issue. It's looking more and more like THERE ARE air-door actuators (three of them) in my 2016 Honda Pilot that is preventing proper hot and cold air circulation. If anyone knows anything about them...PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. Although they didn't make a sale today; they gained my respect and gratitude. Rich took care of the issue, and the engine is now 100%. I will be using this company for car parts again, and would reccoment it to anyone looking for an honest company with friendly service.
Extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Anytime you call this place its like dragging teeth almost as if they dont care to help. I called for a tire and rim and it took almost 3 hrs for them to get back to me, quoted me on the phone a certain price and charged more when I arrived. I more recently called asking for specific parts and the response was “i dont know”. Would rate a 0 if i could!

Right around the same prices as the rest of the yards! Fast service friendly service and even there Mexicans speak clear English and are very friendly! Never any issues! Yard is clean! Don’t worry about getting a nail in your tires! If there is any issue once your inside to claim your money they quickly call the guy who did your ticket and always take care of the issue! Best yard around!

All told once he got there it was maybe 10 minutes to help us get going again, and he kindly gave us recs for where to go in the area- really speedy service and the kind of helpful neighbor vibe you want when your car is down. Asking for a specific part and guy on the phone says, “I can’t go look for that part because I’m swamped here.” Eventually, he said he’d look for and give me a call “tomorrow” and never called. Can’t understand why the guy there can’t do his job and gives a customer a nasty attitude. AVOID this place at all costs.
