The receptionists who takes calls and runs the appointments ND contracts is extremely rude kept trying to get us to terminate contract 😒 not to mention the driver before the one we have now cause alot of damage to my landlords lawn and dump trash every where countless times that we got stuck picking up and what do we get oh well we can terminate over and over again she was very rude in the manner she spoke with me and my fiance and she isn't very accommodating at all changing payment method alone was ridiculous even in the manner in which she spoke in email was rude so I did tell her to have better customer service skills and to check the tone in which she speaks to her paying customers I could just show my landlord the property damage and let then deal with her Instead if they want because even about had enough of the rude a** service desk lady if u don't Ike people dont work in customer service which is something I have been doing for 8 + years also they run days to week late picking up trash

I get the mask thing but as someone that has lung issues there is provision to allow for those like myself by the regulation, to go maskless due to the very real possibility of fainting. I was told no mask, no service coincidencidently by the only counterman not wearing a mask himself, I explained the regulation allows for this politely but told it didn't matter. I used this store for decades with my auto repair shop and continued to date. Sorry to say I won't be returning instead I will use online sources from now on.

Good for a small town junk yard. Does not pay as well as in bigger cities but good a better yard for the area. Beats the hell out of Watertown Recycling and Scrap Metal. That place is a total dump with staff who don't care.
