We received the engine and our Certified technician removed the spark plugs to be to bore scope the cylinders. This procedure was done to inspect the cylinder walls. The coating that Mercedes used on cylinder the sleeves start to deteriorate. This eventually damages the rings and pistons causing the motor fail. I emailed Jarred extension 102 and told him of the problem. We shipped the engine back them to get a credit of 7700.00. After almost a week and several calls to them I received the credit minus 5% restocking fee. I called and talked to Jarred he then transferred me to someone. This person kept denying that motor was bad. He kept saying that it was my opinion that it was bad. I eventually lost my temper with him. Attached are some photos of the engine bore scope test. It doesn’t take a Certified Tech to tell that there is a problem with those pictures. That state the engine was running good when removed it from the vehicle so that is why they would not refund that money. Just because the engine ran before, they removed it doesn’t mean that the engine was good. The other sad part of their operation is that they are probably going to sell that engine to someone else. I would strongly recommend not doing any business with this company.

I saw they are selling windshield online I called them they said u have to give me deposit and we will take off for you I traveled like 45miles from my house to give them deposit they told me they will remove on Friday u can pick up around 12pm. But Friday morning I got the call that windshield is no good so come and take your deposit back. why they don’t check their inventory before advertising online. They wasted my time and commute. they are very rude with their customers this is the first and last time . I don’t want to do business with them.
This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in regards to dealing with car parts. I have my own shop and I was actually looking for part for my personal car. I’ve been searching for over two weeks and decided to give this shop a call. They gave me a fantastic price on the parts and even offered to deliver them all the way out to Queens for me. The parts arrived the next morning and one of my workers mistakenly said they were the incorrect parts, they took them back and sent me a new set the following day without a single issue. They were very respectful and kind during the whole process. From now on whenever I need parts for my shop, this is going to be my go to spot, thank you so much for accommodating my request. I look forward to doing more buisness with you guys in the future.
