And I’ve been dealing with Copart for over 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff is very unprofessional when asking for clarification on vehicles, giving you the runaround and Management specifically Mike Cassata are of zero help. Multiple purchased cars now listed as run and drive, that are not even close to run and drive, and no it’s not a bad battery. In one case, engine was completely gone. They tried to blame it on the transporter delivering the vehicles. It’s seems as if the management is in on the scam. And after reading multiple reviews on here, many members have gone through similar situations. Im not sure how something like this happens with a company as big as Copart. Copart if someone from head office sees this. I really think you should oversee this location.
