    The commercial strip along Liberty Ave can be intimidating due to many choices. But ladies, you’re in good hands with Eric at NYC Auto Parts & Glass. Though the location is tiny in size, you’ll be offered a fair price, treated courteously, and not be taken advantage of.     BUYER BEWARE. If you come to Eighteen Auto Parts by way of CAR-PARTS.COM BE CAREFUL. I needed an ABS Modulator for a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and found one to be available through Eighteen Auto Parts via Car-Parts.com. After speaking with Joe he assured me he had the correct part and would send it out which he did very promptly to the tune of $930.What Joe sent was an ABS Modulator assembly for a 2015 Honda Accord LX. To no one's surprise, this Modulator Assembly was incompatible with what I actually needed. No big deal, mistakes happen.I call Joe to let him know of my dilemma. He immediately goes on the defensive telling me the part has to be programmed to the car (I'm aware) and how he sells 10 a week and no one ever has any problems. When i asked him to verify the part number he couldn't do it stating "we don't go by part numbers" Huge red flag. I guess if they did I wouldn't have been sent the wrong part.Other red flags I encountered in my dealings with this company that should have stopped me before I started is the fact that they do not take credit cards, only zelle or cash app, and they do not offer refunds. Their Google reviews are oddly similar to each other and most are very non-specific to an actual transaction. I'm not generally one to post a negative review but this is my honest experience with Eighteen Auto Parts. I'm out almost $1000 and none too pleased. I feel like I have been robbed.

    Tried to sell them my car below what i was asking for. After unprofessionally not showing up to the scheduled time we both agreed on tried to come get the car another day and have the balls to ask for a lower price im sure they do have good parts to buy but what a skell low life to deal with. Would advise against doing businesses with these clowns

    Drove all the way out from suffolk to get robbed. My usual place(which was closed) gives $2.30 a lb for aluminum/copper fin. He gave me $1.10! All these great reviews either know nothing about scrap or they're just really him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

    We purchased an engine on 3/22/22. We paid in full and we’re guaranteed the engine would be shipped that day, the next day at the latest (estimated delivery was 3/25, 3/28 at the latest). We stressed the importance of wanting it to be shipped as quickly as possible and we’re assured it would be no problem as we only live four hours from the shops location. We have yet to receive the engine. I tracked it and the engine was not even picked up from the shop until 3/30, which has pushed delivery back until 4/4. Each time I have called the staff have been very helpful and kind. I am, however, infuriated by the mixed messages and apparent lack of informed communication we have received.

    I can see why they only have one. Six stars. They are not even worth .6 stars . I called at 2 o’clock, I was told an ETA of 60 minutes. At 3:40 PM, still not here, I called them and was told “ he’s in Valley Stream and when he’s done he’ll be to you” Well it’s 4:50 PM now and the repair shop closes at 5 PM. So I don’t need them obviously and because of them I just wasted most of my day and got nothing done with the repair shop as of yet. I will never never never never call them again, and if anybody ask me to recommend a towing company ,I will definitely tell them not to use JYD
