Lance and his team helped us clean out our house which was full of stuff we had collected over thirty years. We were moving to Kentucky and didn't want all the junk.I was impressed at how polite Lance and the boys were, even when I got in their way. They worked very well together as a team and helped each other in order to remove our junk cleanly, quietly and quickly.My wife and I are now in Kentucky and because of Lance, we didn't have to worry about the junk. He took away four and a half trailer loads. Customer service guys at the desk are always snobby and when I went for a headlight I told the guy I would wait because I have no head light and I was told a few hours and waited about and hour only because I stayed he made one of his workers grab the light that takes less than 5 mins and they don't really like letting people pull the parts them selfs. It's a junkyard but make sure u not getting garbage one of the ears was broken to the light and I changed them bulbs and I still have no daytime lights so I had to splice the wires because they was no good 👍
