The gentleman I spoke with to set the appointment even took the time to explain how they handle the process of the donation of my furniture. They worked around my schedule and even called to tell me they were 30 minutes away. Latchman and Ian (the movers) were great too! Very professional, they even offered to cover their feet (not necessary) due to the snow fall the previous day and they didn’t want to be messy. All told they were in and out of my house in less then 15 minutes! I highly recommend JDog, and will be using them again in the future. It's very rare to find good, honest, trustworthy mechanics; but Pete and his team are exactly that. Pete is personable and actually cares about getting his customers the help they need. I've gone here a few times now and each and every time they have quickly addressed and fixed the issue differently from any other shops in Albany. These guys are awesome!

Called to ask about a very specific waste and was told yes. When I showed up I was told we don't take that. I said I just called and was told differently, the son said well there are only two of us here and that I didn't call. I said it was a female that answered and motioned toward his Mom. He slammed the door on me. I said it was BS that they treat people like that, I had loaded up and drove a ways there based on that call. He started yelling at me and told me to get out for cursing in front of his Mom. Very funny considering the reviews about her foul mouth and treatment of others, like the review above. Very poorly run business and why most people make the trip to the Port, where they pay more and have a professional attitude and facility. I recommend making the trip. I took a chance due to convenience, after a long hiatus from a previous bad experience here. Should have known better, I'll never go back.

This automotive supplier is difficult to find. They are not located in the front of the Plaza but the entrance is in the rear. The outlet is located between Price Rite and Grossman's Bargain Outlet. Note that this is primarily a delivery service (wholesale). But they will fill orders for walk-in retail customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
