I stood in line for several minutes while one employee assisted a customer ahead of me and 4 other employees didn't care to even look up from their phones/computers. So I gave up and attempted to find my items on my own. Later I asked for help finding another item but I couldn't find it from another employees "finger point." So I left and I'll find it somewhere else. Maybe try the Auto Zone a mile down the street. These people don't seem to care about helping customers, regardless of the other raving reviews.
They do a good job. Really wish copper was back over $4/lb but that's not their fault. Always had helpful and friendly service from the staff. As long as everything you are doing is on the up and up you should have a good experience here, I always have. They have even corrected me when I thought I had tin but instead had short steel.
Been there twice. Depending on who can be bothered to help, is how well your treated. They don't like being told they are wrong even if you have decades of experience with what your returning. The manager was to busy to be bothered. The only good person there is the sweet lady running the scales. She's a good person and doesn't deserve to work in such a dump. I will never return to a place that says on a price list what they pay, then once they take it, they run in the office and pay whatever they feel like. It's corrupt and theft. Someday hopefully the better business beauro, will shut this place down.
