Picked a car that I bought from ACV and they are a holding lot for dealers. needless to say the car was dead from sitting it needed a jump start. The lady came out and told us it $20 for a jump start! We drove 5 hours round trip and these people didn’t even have the decency to jump the car for us? Took the guy 2 seconds to put a jump pack on it. Avoid these people they are extremely rude! It cost nothing to be nice to people.
