They are NOT loyal to their word! We have a warranty and they will NOT honor it now. We got an engine and sent it to an engine shop to find out the connecting rod is bent and no good. Are machine shop guys exact words were “it’s bent to all hell”. We’re just even asking to be reimbursed for that specific part but no dice. If we had put the engine straight into our truck it would have been worse off then the engine we were planning to switch out for. We run a business and our biggest philosophy is being honest and loyal. We would never warranty an item and not honor that to our customers! Good job because now we are telling everyone to stay away including our own clientele, friends, and family!
