Kris and his partner were fantastic to work with. They gave me an hour and a half heads up before they were going to arrive. Their ETA was right on time they are extremely helpful and went above and beyond and to be sure I had what I needed before they took the furniture away. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. We love going to them all the guys up there are awesome we go there on regular and wouldn't go any where else they are straight up and when you start going there and they start knowing you they will cut you some breaks and help you out look out for you. They always take care of me and my girl(Sonja).so even to the females you can go there and not worry about them trying to get over on you like some places try to take advantage of you may not knowing everything. But top of our list is these guys. So don't be crazy and go anywhere else. Make money have fun catch a laugh and enjoy these guys cause they are the best. RiChie and Sonja will always choose these guys

I'm very professional people, I think they pay a good price for scrap metal. They sold me a 55 gallon drum so I can burn trash in for $7
This was like finding a gold mine! The selection here is very broad, and easy to get to. The prices are almost if not unbeatable! Not to mention the staff was very friendly, and they have wheel barrels to help transporting tools or parts easier. Best 45 minute drive I've made in awhile almost like being a kid at walmart!

1 bad employee can ruin things for the 1 good employee standing next to him. Meaning 1 man could screw up big commissions for his counterpart.
I was in need of a long distance tow (approx 200 mi) for my Semi truck as a result of breakdown. From start to finish, the experience was both courteous & professional. They sent out a young man named Robert. He arrived when they said he would & took great care with my truck. Robert was quite an impressive young man. The rate I was charged i felt was very reasonable for the svc required. And I was able to be home with my family for Thanksgiving. My thanks to all the staff there, particularly Robert. When I am in need of this svc again, I will certainly be calling these guys. My thanks to the entire team there, particularly Robert. May you all be blessed this holiday season!Service: Long distance hauling
Called on Monday about a bumper cover and grill. The lady told me they could have it Tuesday morning. That's great because I have a friend's truck that day. Tuesday morning comes and she calls me saying the parts didn't come in so it will be Wednesday. I don't have a truck Wednesday so I take the back seats out of my car to fit the parts in. Wednesday morning I call and a different woman tells me the parts came in. I said "Great I will go pick them up at lunch time". I show up at 11:45 and there is a sign on the door that says they are closed from 11:30 to 12:30. I talked to 2 people no one said they were closed at lunch and nothing on the website. I wait around until 12:30. The guy sitting at the desk says "the bumper cover didn't come in and it looks like she ordered 2 of them". I said I only need 1. I don't know why she did that. He said "it's okay, I'm only gonna charge you for one" Well that's great cause that's all buying! Still don't have the part.
If it was possible to give 5000 stars for a review I would. I was not comfortable coming into TriCity because of the pandemic. Patty came to my vehicle. She ensure that I had a comfortable and positive experience. Thank you Patty for your service with a smile (behind the mask).

Apparently this company works for Cottages at Greensboro which is an apartment complex for students mainly North Carolina A&T. They are just going around towing the students cars for no reason. The apartment complex did not give the students parking decals instead they registered their tag numbers. But somehow this company is towing cars that are registered. My son took pictures of others cars parked without parking decals but they towed his. This company is preying on college students who are trying to work, go to college, and pay rent. I have contacted the BBB and I am in the process of filing a complaint and I’m contacting every news company in the area to get this out. This is not right that these kids wake up and their vehicles are going without any warning. The complex is also to blame. I will also be seeking legal advice. The taking advantage of young college kids will end.Service: Car towing

BE AWARE! This place is very deceitful and not transparent when it comes to items for sale. Some items for sale are not in the price list which allows them to name their own price on the spot. They also nit pick and charge for every little tiny piece that might be attached to a item that you would normally pay one price for. Next they proceed to charge extra for a warranty on each item without asking for permission to do so. You have to tell them you do not want it because they will not mention that option to you. After it is all said and done, they charge you a 7% "environmental fee" on your entire purchase which is not posted or listed anywhere on their price list or anywhere at the place of business. This fee is also not refundable if you make a return. The environmental fee seems to be the most deceitful in the pricing of their items. They should have that charge and the percentage posted on their website and at the place of business. After it is all said and done, be prepared to add at least 13.75% to the price of what they have in there price list.
Your junk car removal is worth the price! Great job! I would gladly recommend your service to others.

I gathered a few bids from national companies and also wanted a local company in the mix too. I texted the owner on a Sunday and they setup an appointment for 9:30 am the next day. The two guys showed up about 30 minutes early (always a bonus in my book), and were straight with pricing and required no negotiation. I knew I wanted to support local no matter what and their price was right in my ballpark ($425 for the full truck) which was $200 less than the big name guys. I had negotiated the big name guys down to $400 but still didn’t want to pull the trigger until Junkyard Dogs showed up, because I knew if it was still in that range, I’d happily pay more for a local company. The two men got right to work, packing my construction debris very efficiently into the truck, maximizing every square inch. It took them about an hour to clear my carport where I had accumulated all of the debris from my remodel.I called the owner to pay via phone and express my gratitude and he was very thankful and kind. I highly recommend these guys and will gladly use them in the future.

This place is great and very reasonable on somethings. Other items that are more big like a hood to a car is to high of a price. All you do is take your own tools and search through thousands of cars for what you need and check out. Also the hours of this business change when the time is turned back an hour and when the time is turned forward an hour. The close an hour earlier in the fall.
