i recently moved into a furnished condo and had several items that i wanted to replace. I booked online on Sunday and by noon Monday, Samuel A and Trent W were here. In no time at all, they had everything moved without missing a beat. They were kind, thoughtful, informative, and overall very respectful of the donation and my home (as well as my time). If I could give zero stars I would!!! Walked into store no one welcomed me. 5 guys behind the counter and not a single one said hey can we help you with something. So I just stood in the middle of the store for 5 minutes. Not a single customer in there but me. No one even on the phone!!! And nothing…. All I needed was some wipers!! So needless to say I walked out. Will never waste my lunch break to go here again for anything…..

If you are open till 12 , you should wait on customers who are there. Do not come out and tell customers at 11:45 you are closed. People drives miles and miles sometimes to sell product's. So change your hours online to reflect your actual hours on Saturdays. 8- 11:45am.

Finally when i got the owner on the phone today (sounding like I interrupted his nap) he says "I only have half (one side) of the parts you want." And proceeds to give me an astronomical price for parts that are useless without the other half... I promptly hung up and will never seek their business again.Could have saved me the time and told me this the first day I called...Such a great business practice...
The staff is so helpful and courteous. No matter what I need they’ll do anything to get it done. They didn’t have the part, but after a couple calls they found it! Thank you all
