I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get new windshield wipers because mine came apart in the car wash. Jamie, the manager, sold me the windshield wipers, installed them and I was on my way. The whole process was simple. The store was neat and clean. Everyone was friendly. The wipers were Bosch and they were on sale. It was an overall GREAT experience!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Let's first begin by how absolutely responsive they have been on social media. From the moment that I am quiet, someone was going to take me quickly and even checked in with me to ensure availability after I had become complacent. They were not pushy, but they were completely transparent, perfectly pitched, and let me know about every possible fee without gimmicks and fine print mumbo jumbo. The delivery and pickup was seamless. The entire process was pain free and they were an absolute lifesaver. You'll definitely want to use this business if you need to move out in a hurry or just to get rid of a lot of junk all at once. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever fell into a bind such as this one when I landlord sold us out of our house this Christmas.

Great experience! My car was misbehaving at the store so I called Shepard's. The girls in the office were awsome, the price was completely fair and my car was back in my driveway before I got home from work. Would definitely call them again.

This company was great for the first year we were here. Since They’ve gained popularity the quality has gone down in my neighborhood. This is from today. They used to take nicely bagged garbage and the boxes were left a mess at my neighbors house. How much extra work is it do do a quality job? None of this was an issue in 2019.Update: ECC this is not the first time, I’ve used your service for almost 3 years. I watched your staff look at both my neighbors boxes and the 3 bags pictured and purposefully leave them. Your excuse that your trucks don’t have room for extra trash and I need to call ahead sounds ludicrous.

The place is very busy. They have a great selection of parts, but they are not fast. I had to call a couple times to push the for the part I already paid for, but at the end of the day, I got a good part for a good price. After reading some of these reviews….. idc if they smoke or drink, they are busy because they have the parts and the prices are right. I will definitely be back! Good ok boys like me!

We purchased an air compressor from here and the mechanic that put it in said that whoever refurnished it didn't do it properly and we ended up paying almost a $200 labor fee for a defective part to be put in. When me and my mom went back to get the refund the woman (I'm guessing the owner's wife) said there was a 25% restocking fee so we weren't getting the full price back. We got the mechanic on the phone to tell them why the compressor didn't work and the man gave us the rest of the money back. After we were in the car the man and woman came out and the woman had some things to say to my mom which ended with her calling my mom some ugly words with my 2 week old baby and 6 year old niece in the car. I went back inside to explain to her the price we paid to get a defective part put in that we couldn't get refunded to us and she decided to use some more foul language with me and threw some kind of metal box at me then threw some punches. So not only did we get a crappy part and pay a mechanic twice, but I also got assaulted. And I guess they're going to try and sell the same defective compressor since they wanted to keep the 25% restocking fee. They don't care about you here. They care about them.
