Really like this place. Their fast, friendly, and get you on your way. I go a couple of extra miles just to carry my aluminum and scrap metal for the best prices around. Just watch out for tire getters where you drive as with any metal recycling facility.
They had over 6,000 vehicles on site. They pull the part for you. Only place around that could help me with vehicle type. Staff where very friendly and knowledgeable about the auto parts. Also they had covid safety protocols in place with 6 ft distancing and mask required. Would reccomend to anyone needing replacement parts for a vehicle. Huge inventory of.american made vehicles.

Shaan Rasool was great to work with over the phone and via text. He made it very easy to sell some vehicles I didn't need anymore. The whole process was very fast. Service: Vehicle purchasing
Absolutely, hands down, the BEST place for all of your auto body repair needs..new and used...They had the lowest price on every single part that I needed and they even have an on-site body shop that repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner and also well within my budget. The service was OUTSTANDING and the owners showed an overall concern about my vehicle repair needs and a genuine appreciation for my business. I will certainly be doing ALL of my future auto body repair business with Universal Parts Co and will DEFINITELY be referring them to others as well..VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
I had 2 cars I was looking to get rid of and I sent pictures of cars and he told me he would call and be here to look at cars and I never heard from him. I would not recommend.
They purchased my stolen car from someone with half of my ID. When I got it back it's missing it's catalytic converter and battery. There's a pallet of batteries sitting in sight and one had my battery's stickers.. The tow guy, "David Locklear," laughed because the thieves said they were tired of it sitting in their yard. As I waited to find out if I was being charged the $125 a day storage fee, plus tow fee, plus the $250 they paid for it, Colleen in the office was fielding another stolen car call. Gotta love finding a CHOP SHOP when you're a single mom of 3 teenagers and you do your best to help everyone.
