if I could give zero star's I would I bought alternator for my truck from these guys and it wasn't any good and when I tried bringing it back to see if he would let get one that worked, I was told very rudely I don't do exchanges on electrical. And not really my complaints. here's my complaint, i was there helping a friend take off a part when this much older gentleman come walking by looking for his part's which just so happened to be a back row of seat's. it was 86 degrees out yesterday and this guy had to be pushing 80 if not older. they sent this guy on a wild goose chase and wouldn't give this old boy any customer service at all. even though it was none of my business I stop what I was doing to help him out I pulled the seat's out for him and carried the seat all the way to the office and after he paid him the owner wouldn't even help him load the seat's up. I mean come dude I knew your dad and I've got to say your the total opposite to him. your dad was honest, nice and a fair man!! Not you your an asshole if I do say so myself your rude and you only care about money. I guess that's the only bad thing I can say about your dad, is that dropped the ball when it came to showing you morales and respect!! Sorry not sorry
